1 16 oz package Oreo cookies
8oz cream cheese
24 oz chocolate almond bark
- Set cream cheese out at room temperature for 30 minutes to soften. Place Oreos in a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin. (Cookies can also be crushed in a food processor). Pour cookies crumbs into bowl. Add cream cheese. Mix with a fork.
- Roll cookie/cream cheese mixture into walnut size balls until mixture is gone. Place on baking sheet. Refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Set out a sheet of wax paper. Microwave 6-9 squares of bark in microwave for 1 minute and 15 second. Microwave an additional 15 seconds, stir, repeat until chocolate is melted. Stick a tooth pick in the Oreo ball and dip in the melted chocolate; place on wax paper. Chocolate will harden in about 15 minutes.
- Refrigerate. Store leftover truffles, covered, in refrigerator.
