Popcorn

Stovetop Popcorn
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
¼ cup popcorn kernels
Salt to Taste

Put oil in a 3 qt sauce pan over medium high heat. Place the 1/4 cup of kernels in the bottom of the pan. Make sure popcorn kernels are in one layer and touching bottom of pan. Cover pan, with lid slightly off pan. Kernels will start popping when oil is hot.

When popping slows down (1-2 seconds between pops) remove pan from heat. Let sit for a few mins and empty popcorn into bowl. Salt to taste.
